A small 20th century oil on board by the listed Ohio artist Ed Gifford. Ed Gifford was a member of the American Artists Professional League and the WPA painter's society. His works were "represented in both private and corporate art collections around the world.He died in 1998. This painting measures 6.5" x 5" in the frame and is in perfect condition.
